Marjorie Ferguson Lambert was an archaeologist associated with SAR and the Museum of New Mexico from 1930 until her retirement from the Museum in 1969. She was a trustee of the Indian Arts Fund until its dissolution in 1973, and she was an honorary life member of the SAR Board from 1990 until her death in 2006. In 1950 she was married to Jack Lambert, the estate manager for the White sisters.

The collection includes a number of photos of Marjorie and Jack Lambert and photos taken at Kenneth Chapman's 85th birthday party. There is a folder of clippings and articles about Marjorie and Jack Lambert and a 1984 interview of Marjorie by Andrew Whiteford about various Santa Fe residents and their involvement with and interest in Native American basketry.
